Honestly, I was at a loss as to why I kept getting sinus infections.
It seemed love a year didn’t go by without me having at least 2 or 3 sinus infections.
And they’re the worst. I dislike trying to focus inside the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation & A/C of the office when I’m dealing with a sinus issue. After a few trips to the doctor, she thought it might be something else that was causing the problems. But I was surprised by all of the heating & cooling questions. For one, I have no system about the heating & cooling machine or Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair because that’s our wife’s department. So our doctor gave me a list of things to go over with him to see if perhaps the indoor air quality was the source of our sinus issue. She & I went over that list & it was actually enlightening for both of us. To start, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C air ducts had never been cleaned at least since the two of us had owned the place. So that was at least 12 years. Then, the two of us realized that the two of us were using the sort of air filter that only is designed to protect the Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit. The cheap, paper air filters aren’t designed to protect our health just the health of the Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit. So the two of us called the Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier & made an appointment of air duct cleaning & air duct resealing. That made an immediate difference. But replacing the cheap air filter with a HEPA filter is what absolutely put it all over the top. Out indoor air quality is vastly improved & I’m no longer having such sinus concerns.
