Having central air conditioning added to our condo not only raised the value of our home however it’s absolutely nice having air conditioning love this.
Both of us live in a region where Heating, Ventilation & A/C cooling is not a high priority. We’ve been in our place for 30 years now & this will be the third summer time we’ve had central air conditioning. It was worth cost & the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professionals made the process quick & painless. It’s absolutely nice now that I don’t have to lug the window air conditioning inside & into a window so the two of us can sleep on sizzling mornings. As the two of us get older, I’m slowing down a bit on all the stuff that comes with taking care of this place. I think we’ll have to sell it before too long so I’m glad the two of us got the air conditioning done right. When it comes to the Heating, Ventilation & A/C heating, the two of us have a gas gas furnace & I have a wood stove. The wood stove acts as both supplemental heating as well as an emergency heating method. But these mornings, it takes a whole lot more out of me to cut, split & stack a winter’s worth of wood. And buying it is too high-priced especially when I have all this land with so multiple downed trees already. So our Winter time prep takes much longer these mornings. And now with the air conditioning, I have added a step as well. I cap our winterizing the home off by placing a hard plastic shell over the Heating, Ventilation & A/C cupboard outside the house.
