I actually don’t love it when I have some kind of a maintenance appointment in addition to they do not show up on time.
It is bad enough that they deliver you this silly 6 hour time window on most maintenance calls that messes up your entire day! Sometimes you even have to take a day off from your job because of it.
This happened recently when I had a problem with our central heating in addition to in addition to had to call the local heating in addition to cooling company for an HVAC repair appointment. The time window they gave me was between 8am in addition to 4pm. Well, the heating in addition to A/C worker did not show up till near 5pm! Boy oh boy was I angry as ever! I could have really went to work that day had they said he would be there around 5. I would have been apartment from work around 4pm! I had to contain myself in addition to not blow up at the heating in addition to A/C specialist when he arrived. He said his last job ran overtime. That isn’t our problem! They should have dispatched another certified heating in addition to A/C specialist to come in addition to do our central heating in addition to cooling repair instead! That would have been the right thing to do rather than leaving me hanging all day beyond the given time window! The heating in addition to A/C company got an ear full from me on the phone after the certified heating in addition to cooling specialist left. They ended up giving me 50 percent off because of the mess up. At least that was something.
