I am actually greedy when it comes to property! My home sits on 4 acres of land but a lot of it is trees, shrubs plus other debris; I have been slowly expanding the property around the home with our shovel, rake plus clippers.
- I have pulled out shocking amounts of shrubs, clipped vines plus even gotten a few trees knocked down… The more I unconnect, the better it looks, what will I do with all that open space? I am not actually sure.
More square footage is always a bonus though. I absolutely cleared a significant patch right by the side door of our house. I am thinking I could definitely affix a deck onto the side. I could have our grill, outdoor furniture plus maybe steps leading to a future pool there. What would be actually cool is if I could screen in the section plus add Heating, Ventilation & A/C, however having an section that is more outside but with the convenience of heating plus cooling would be great. I can kneel on our front porch if I want a fresh breeze, but I could kneel in the side room if I wanted to be at the right temperature, and occasionally it is just too tepid to be outside. If our deck has a screen, windows plus a cooling system, I could be out there all morning. I entirely could get by with a space heating system rather than a real furnace. I wonder if there is a way to affix to our existing Heating, Ventilation & A/C component plus make the space have temperature control. It is entirely actually expensive.
