The realtor was right about the HVAC

I wasn’t certainly sure this day would ever really come. However, I now have an actual date. The date for our last day at our job has been set as well as it’s only a few short months away. I’m retiring from a corporation that I have been with for 40 years. It’s sort of inconceivable to myself and others that I am really that old. But a quick look in the mirror reminds myself and others instantly. Saying goodbye to the perfectly HVAC controlled office will not be straight-forward. I worked a long time as well as made a lot of sacrifices to get that corner office. It has been a thrill as well as something that I will miss. And yet, I’m certainly happy to embrace the next chapter of our life. My wife has been our rock in this regard as she has been helping myself and others idea for this over the last numerous years. Part of that idea is that the people I was with and I are moving to a small 3 living room bungalow down south. I won’t be dealing with anymore sky rocketing HVAC heating costs as well as I won’t miss it. But section of that entails us selling our home. It’s a tough proposition because there are a lot of memories as well as sentiment involved. So I sort of pushed back at the realtor when she first came in as well as seemed to be denigrating our home with all the upgrade demands. She noticed this a sort of changed her tone. Like with the HVAC, she showed myself and others the difficult data of how much more our home was worth with a new HVAC. There’s a lot of change going on for myself and others but, I’m still smart enough to listen to experts who are willing to explain.
