During the Winter my apartment often gets so cold.
My furnace works great & I am lucky to have such a strong Heating, Ventilation, & A/C method that has never failed me.
However, periodically I fall into the habit of turning my heat way down in the evenings & then leaving before I turn it back up. That means that when I get back to the apartment after work, I am usually super cold. I always wish I could have the ability to turn up my heat in the Winter, from wherever I am. That’s what I needed — a smart thermostat. I could program it to turn up & down when I wanted & if I decide to change it & turn the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C method on while I’m gone, I can do it anywhere from my phone. I wouldn’t have to worry about coming apartment from my job & seeing my breath when I walk in the door or trying to get warmed up while I’m waiting on the furnace to do its thing. I idea on having my local Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist install this smart thermostat & show me how to set it up on my phone. Once it’s set up, I will be able to adjust it or use it from anywhere. I won’t have to worry about my apartment getting too warm or cold or worry that my two pets might be uncomfortable while I’m gone. I am also happy to see how much money it saves me on my energy bills once I start using it always. I assume all the people should get a smart thermostat attached to their Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit.
