I’m quite amazed by the sheer power of the little battery operated heating system that I purchased for sports season.
I wasn’t going to buy a battery operated heater, but I found one in the sporting goods store.
It was marketed for use during outdoor events like football games, concerts, and camping excursions. The heating system was on sale for 15% off, so I decided to buy the little machine and give it a try. I took the heating system to our son’s football game last Monday night. The outdoor temperature was 41 degrees at the start of the game and the temperature continued to fall all night long. By the end of the game, it was starting to flurry outside. I wasn’t the least bit cold, because that small battery operated heating system kept me warm and toasty. I brought an extra set of batteries, however I didn’t need them. I let the heating system run during the entire two and a half hour game and the batteries never died. It was freezing and cold outside, but I had the heating system under a small wool blanket. It felt like an oven under the covers and my legs, feet, and hands were perfectly comfortable. I can’t believe the heating power this little machine carries. It kept radiating steady warmth, even when it was extremely cold. I almost think I should go to the store and buy another one! My Mom and Dad love going to the races even when it’s freezing outside, so I really know this would be the perfect gift for Christmas next year.
