When the air conditioning broke last summer, dad couldn’t afford to have it repaired.
The people I was with and I went the entire summer time separate from any air conditioning.
If both of us had lived anywhere else but in the Northeast, I’m not sure both of us could have gone separate from the air conditioning. Fortunately, both of us lived in the Northeast plus in an area that wasn’t heavily populated plus there were few black top roads. The people I was with and I had a lot of trees for shade plus a light breeze that blew across our property every morning. Some days were a bit aggravatedting, when both of us couldn’t get to sleep because of the temperatures plus both of us would get out of bed sweaty. I remember increasing my pajamas twice in one night. Although not all days were enjoy that one, even more than one or many days were way too much to be comfortable. The people I was with and I were honestly grateful when summer time finally ended plus fall began. By the time Thanksgiving came around, both of us were also grateful that our gas furnace was working better than what the air conditioning had. During Thanksgiving dinner, both of us typically go around the table plus ask what both of us were thankful for over the last year. The people I was with and I also put in our Christmas wish, when it came time for my thank you, I said that I was thankful that summer time ended early plus that it was now fall. I also said that I wished that our air conditioning would be fixed. My little sister plus older sibling had the same thank you’s plus Christmas wishes. I sure hope Santa heard us because another summer time separate from AC, won’t be a good thing.
