I was having some current home renovations done the other month… it didn’t go so well.
The task I was having done was converting my outside porch into a new extension of the house.
To make it kind of enjoy a den. I had a lot of construction going on at the house & a lot of workers doing everything. I could not suppose what exactly happened when they got a little careless & ended up dropping a 2 ton board directly on top of my central heating & a/c unit! In short, they ended up killing my central heat & a/c in half a second! I was seriously going to fire & then sue this construction supplier I had hired for damages. But the way they handled it showed they were true professionals. They quickly ended up paying for both a brand current central heating & a/c for my home, plus they went the distance and paid for the emergency speedy replacement & my hotel costs in between. It honestly was the middle of winter, so I needed to be in central heating obviously. Needless to say now, well, they finished the task of the current home renovations & I ended up being outright forced to have to get a brand current central heating & a/c cause of their carelessness on the job. Although they took full responsibility & it didn’t cost myself and others a cent to completely fix the mess they made, I will never ever again hire this construction supplier for anything!
