So far the people I work with and I have multiple applications to go through, and I am in charge of sorting them all out… I am the supplier employer for the heating, ventilation, and A/C supplier and I am not a certified heating and A/C specialist… But I love always working here nonetheless
I have important tasks at this local heating and A/C supplier and lately things have been booming! There seems to be a whole ton of heating and cooling maintenance calls coming in that it is starting to overflow. Not that this is a bad thing by any means, then however it is bad when you do not have enough heating and A/C workers to cover all the heating, ventilation, and A/C maintenance calls. Then this is why the local heating and A/C supplier where I am employed is currently hiring new and fresh heating and A/C specialists… Every one of us needs a whole lot more heating, ventilation, and A/C workers to be able to handle the overflow of task loads the people I work with and I have been getting. The only downside to this is that this could only be a temporary position until things die down. The management was talking about possibly keeping particular heating, ventilation, and A/C workers on board that do an entirely good job. Mostly he wants the heating and A/C workers that are new out of college so he can provide them with an opportunity at having a job in the heating and cooling industry.
