I work at this local heating and air conditioning company and lately things have been booming! There seems to be a whole ton of heating and cooling repair calls coming in that it is beginning to overflow.
Not that this is a bad thing by any means.
However it is bad when you do not have enough heating and air conditioning workers to cover all the HVAC repair calls. This is why the local heating and air conditioning company that I work for is currently hiring new and fresh heating and air conditioning specialists. We need a whole lot more HVAC workers to be able to handle the overflow of work loads we have been getting. The only drawback to this is that this could only be a temporary position until things die down. The management was talking about possibly keeping certain HVAC workers on board that do a really great job. Mostly, the heating and air conditioning workers that are new out of college to give them a chance at having a career in the heating and cooling business. So far we have several applications to go through, and I am in charge of sorting them all out. I am the business manager for the HVAC business and I am not a certified heating and air conditioning specialist. But I enjoy working here nonetheless. It is a great company and the people are very wonderful. I really wish the best to all of the up and coming heating and air conditioning specialists who applied for the temporary position.
