I know I’m the type of person who can be rather forgetful.
I feel like my brain isn’t always recording the events that are taking place right in front of me.
Sometimes I am so distracted with other things that are going on in my life that it seems like nothing is actually being etched into my brain’s hard drive. When people ask me to recollect a certain event or conversation that we had I usually have a blank look on my face. I definitely am not the most reliable person when it comes to recalling certain information. That being said, if you ever have a professional heating, cooling, or ventilation system repair that I perform I promise it will never be forgotten. For whatever reason, my brain is extremely astute at recalling professional heating and cooling repair jobs. Ever since I became a certified air conditioning system and forced air furnace technician 20 years ago I have been storing a ton of information about indoor air quality and air temperature control in my head too. If I have been to your house even one time for a routine in HVAC maintenance service or emergency repair job I will never forget it. I will easily be able to find my way back to your air conditioning unit or furnace without any prompts. I also will remember all of the information that I gave you during your last HVAC maintenance appointment… So don’t try to tell me that it’s a brand new heating and cooling system if we’ve already discussed imminent HVAC upgrades.
