I am absolutely devastated to report that my brother is moving across the world.
For several months now he has been talking to some girl in a distant part of the planet and apparently they have decided to move in together.
He is packing up and leaving in the next couple of weeks to begin his new life with this foreign lady. I couldn’t be more frustrated about his decisions to run off and live with someone he doesn’t know. At the same time, I am absolutely saddened by the loss of my brother and best friend. It doesn’t help that he’s also my central heating, cooling, and air quality control technician. When my brother was back in high school he started taking classes at the local trade school. He quickly learned how to install and operate residential heating, cooling, and air handling control devices in his HVAC certification courses. By the time he graduated high school he was basically ready to jump into the professional HVAC industry. For the past 15 years he has been working all over town as a professional air quality control specialist. This has been great for the family. Not only does my brother make a steady paycheck repairing various heating and cooling equipment, but he also services all of our central HVAC systems for free. We have never had to call a professional heating, cooling, or air quality control dealership because my brother is so reliable. Now that he’s leaving the country I am worried about his safety… And the integrity of my air quality control equipment.
