After all these years of not using an oil furnace, I easily do not guess that I could bring myself to buy an oil furnace for my property to use it.
- I will easily continue using the wood stove at my property until I grow too old to use a wood stove.
If I am no longer able to use the wood stove, I should probably move into my son’s property for him to take care of me because, at that point, I will definitely be too useless to do anything else either. I grew up in a truly old-fashioned property with a truly old lifestyle too. My parents lived on a farm, and they did not have electricity while I was living with them. Instead of using an oil furnace to heat their property, they had a wood stove that heated their place. All of us didn’t have any cooling equipment in our home either, however during the fall, all of us would cut a good amount of wood so that all of us would be able to heat our property with the woodstove. When I grew up and moved out on my own, I also used a wood stove since that is the kind of heating system that I was used to. After using a wood stove for such a long while, I do not guess that I could get used to an oil furnace! Sure, an oil furnace is far more convenient, although I prefer the challenge of using a wood stove. I guess that I would become entirely bored if I switched to an oil furnace. Unless I am forced to use an oil furnace, I doubt that I will ever make the switch in my life. Besides, using the wood stove is a pretty amazing exercise for me, and I like it a great deal.
